Step 1: Initial approval to participate in the program must be obtained through your Local Early Steps office. Click on the following link for a list of Local Early Steps contacts: http://www.cms-kids.com/home/contact/earlysteps.pdf.
Once you have been accepted into the program, your Local Early Steps will direct you to the closest participating university where you should enroll and register.
Step 2: All admissions, registrations and course fees for these graduate online courses are handled at the local university. Contact the participating university closest to you or click here
